Making her site bilingual

Sylvia has one of the few mortgage broker sites in Vancouver available in Chinese and the only one with active content (such as newsletters). Her business for the Chinese speaking people is at the beginning stage, but having the site available in Chinese has already increased the traffic and lead to measurable business leads. The site can now be found when searching with Chinese characters.

Chris Barrett, Sylvia’s husband, designed her site using WordPress and the WPML Multilingual Ready U-Design theme. He created and translated his wife’s site from English into Chinese (Traditional). He’s not a web developer himself, but he started using WordPress a short time ago and is getting better and better by the day “I work in finance during the day and spend my evenings learning Word Press”. He was going to use another provider for his translation needs – until he found us: “when I realized about the integration of WPML with ICanLocalize, I chose you, and I’m glad I did so!”
