And additionally, have you checked with e.g Nokia how Swipe is translated in their new devices ( http://swipe.nokia.com ). Some of those translations seem to provide directional information in the translation which is not correct.

So, what’s the actual translation that Nokia uses for Swipe?
Unfortunately, different manufacturer tend to use their own terminology to be unique. I think iPhone, Android, WM7 and Symbian may have their own terms for one and the same function or feature. I believe this glossary will develop and will segment into the OS-specific categories. As regards the instructional strings, their translation seems quite appropriate to me.
In fact, his terminology is iPhone specifics, not including Symbian, Android, etc.
Then, maybe, it will be more appropriate to rename this page into something like “iPhone/iPad App Keywords”? What do you think? Because the word “mobile” may create certain confusion.

Thanks for the suggestion. I want to have this feature too. Right now, this page is a static WordPress page, so it includes everything. I’d like to enhance it with some Javascript, so that visitors can choose what to display. I too don’t like the fact that it’s so wide and it will be more difficult as we add more languages.
On my Site I use drupal7 (php, mySQL). Using a database would make it much more easier to handle the table.
In Italian “achievements” is not translated, becoming simply “achievement” (singular), not “risultati”.
